The Team
The Commercial Enablement team within Planning Solutions serves as an innovative bridge between product and commercial teams, delivering first-in-class intelligence to our clients. As a new, forward-thinking team, we leverage the latest AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our work, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Manage renewal processes across business units, maintaining regular communication with commercial teams to ensure seamless contract continuations
- Monitor and track renewal risks throughout the year, providing timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support day-to-day commercial enablement operations for Planning solutions, ensuring efficient workflow and process adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and maintain accurate renewal pipeline information and forecasting data
- Assist in commercial planning activities, including data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve renewal-related issues and optimize customer retention strategies

What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, account management, or related business functions
- Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with commercial teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a UK-based remote or hybrid environment with strong self-management and organizational skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and its commercial applications
- Previous exposure to renewal management or customer success processes in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of financial planning software or business intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within technology or financial services organizations
