Specialist Transformation Lead – Property
Location: Ealing / Hybrid (limited office attendance required – expected 1-2 days per month)
Salary: £69,922-£75,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Permanent – Full Time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
DBS Level – Basic

If so, this could be the opportunity for you.
We're looking for a Specialist Transformation Lead – Property to join our Transformation & Innovation team. In this role, you'll lead strategic transformation programmes across property services, asset management, compliance and building safety, helping to improve operational effectiveness, regulatory assurance and resident outcomes.
Working closely with Property, Assets, Compliance, Repairs, Customer Services, Digital Innovation, IT and Data teams, you'll play a key role in delivering change initiatives that improve performance, strengthen compliance arrangements and ensure our services continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead property and asset transformation programmes aligned to organisational priorities and regulatory requirements
- Support improvements across asset management, compliance, building safety and wider property services
- Manage programme governance, delivery plans, budgets, risks, reporting and benefits realisation activities
- Work collaboratively with operational, technology and transformation teams to design and deliver sustainable service improvements
- Support the development of business cases, investment proposals and transformation roadmaps
- Ensure governance, reporting and assurance requirements are met throughout programme delivery
- Ensure audit requirements are met through effective controls, accurate record keeping and timely management of audit actions
- Support business continuity planning and organisational resilience arrangements
- Ensure programme data, performance information and reporting are accurate, complete and maintained effectively
- Work with Data Governance and Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality and support decision-making
- Promote health and safety standards and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures

More About You
- Knowledge of social housing compliance requirements (Essential)
- Degree qualified, or equivalent experience, in a relevant discipline
- Programme or Project Management qualification
- Proven experience delivering property, compliance or asset-management transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of programme governance, reporting, planning and benefits realisation
- Experience leading complex change initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of property services, asset management, compliance and building safety requirements
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication and influencing skills
