Citi is looking for a Vice President-level Sales Analytics Manager to design and deliver sales performance intelligence across a global client franchise. In this role, you will own the analytical frameworks, data methodologies, and self-serve capabilities that provide senior leaders with the commercial insights they need to make informed business decisions. Working independently, you will operate at the intersection of data, finance, and client strategy within Citi's institutional business.

- Develop and maintain client value methodologies across countries and regions, ensuring consistent and accurate coverage across markets including Japan and the JANA region.
- Consolidate and track direct client feedback data from sources including relationship manager meetings, call reports, and client relationship management systems, translating raw inputs into actionable intelligence.
- Design and produce a monthly Client One Pager for Citi's largest clients, defining both the content framework and reporting structure to ensure outputs are senior-ready and decision-relevant.
- Collaborate with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams to source, validate, and synthesize the metrics and data underpinning all sales analytics outputs.
- Build and implement a self-serve analytics strategy, enabling business stakeholders to access key metrics independently through AI-assisted dashboards developed in partnership with the Mumbai Analytics team.

- Experience defining analytical methodologies that underpin recurring business reporting, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to source, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple internal teams and systems to produce a coherent and reliable analytical view.
- Effective at working across cross-functional teams including finance, client coverage, and data functions to align on metrics and reporting needs.
- Hands-on experience building self-serve analytics capabilities, including dashboard development and automation of manual reporting processes.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
