Neonatal Specialty Doctor (ST4-8 equivalent)
We are pleased to be offering a 1-year fixed term Neonatal Specialty Doctor (ST4-8 equivalent). The appointee will participate in an EWTD compliant full shift rota on the Middle grade rota.
Full support and training needs will be carefully monitored with the supervisor of the successful candidate.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, excellent clinical and communication skills and be keen to develop skills in clinical governance, quality improvement, research and the development of cross site clinical support for our level 1 sister unit in Margate.
The post holder may be involved in teaching other doctors and medical students, nurses and other paramedical staff in the team in specialty and special interest.
The successful candidate will be expected to participate in annual appraisal and undergo annual job plan review.
