Specification Manager – Architects & Designers | Bathroom Manufacturer
London
£60,000–£75,000 + Car + Bonus & Great benefits!
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global bathroom manufacturer, for a Specification Manager to lead their architect and designer engagement.
The company supplies showrooms and specification projects across hospitality, build-to-rent, care, and student accommodation sectors.
This is a specification-led role, focused on getting products specified at the earliest stages of a project by building trusted relationships with the architects and designers making those decisions.

Key responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with architects and designers across London
- Driving footfall and engagement at the Clerkenwell showroom
- Winning specification business across hospitality, BTR, care, and student accommodation projects
- Managing and growing a personal network of A&D contacts

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a specification sales role, ideally within bathrooms, kitchens, or tiles
- Strong understanding of the specification process and project lifecycle within the A&D sector
- Background in architectural & design sales (bathroom, kitchen, or tile experience welcome)
- Established relationships within the architect and designer community
