Contract Specification Sales role with elite high-end bathroom manufacturer / brand

Specification Sales Manager – Premium Bathrooms | Up to £60,000

Full ownership of the specification journey - from specifier sign-off to final order - on major UK commercial bathroom projects.

Territory - North & Scotland

THE ROLE

A project-led specification sales role covering the full lifecycle, from early design influence through to order and supply (hospitality and high-rise residential projects)

  • Develop and secure specifications with architects, designers, developers, contractors and project stakeholders
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across construction and development projects
  • Engage contractors and delivery partners to keep the spec intact through to site
  • Manage commercial relationships on live projects through to order conversion
  • Work alongside distribution partners to ensure successful supply
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of live and upcoming commercial projects

THE CANDIDATE

  • Background in bathroom, KBB, interiors or a related specification sector is advantageous
  • Experience selling into specifiers including developers or architects / contract merchants
  • Commercially minded, specification-led, project-focused sales professional
  • Strong relationship-builder across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles and project pipelines
  • Able to influence early-stage project decisions and follow through to completion
  • Background in bathroom, sanitaryware, KBB, interiors or a related specification sector

THE PACKAGE

  • Up to £60,000
  • 20% bonus
  • High-spec electric or hybrid company car
  • 7% pension
  • Death in service (4x salary)
  • Private healthcare
