Shape the Future of Building Services Specification

Are you an experienced Specification Manager, Specification Sales Manager, or Technical Sales Manager with a strong network across the Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (PHAR) or Building Services sector?

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a brand new national role where you will influence specifications from concept through to project completion, working on high profile commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure developments across the UK and Ireland.

You'll be joining a well established manufacturing business that is investing in growth, innovation and customer relationships, giving you the autonomy to develop new opportunities while being fully supported by experienced technical, marketing and commercial teams.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll build strong relationships with consulting engineers, MEP consultants, architects, developers and contractors, securing product specifications at the earliest stages of the construction process.
  • Working closely with internal teams, you'll manage projects from specification through to successful sales conversion, providing technical advice, delivering CPD presentations and helping customers identify the right solutions for their projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
