Specification Sales Manager - Electrical Products - MARKET LEADER
Area: South East & London
The Role of Specification Sales Manager
As Specification Sales Manager, you will be identifying, tracking, and following projects selling a leading range of electrical products. You will be required to win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices), M&E contractors, and social housing / housing associations. You will develop existing accounts by introducing new product lines, as well as opening new accounts and generating new specifications.

The Candidate - Specification Sales Manager
- Electrical or Construction sales experience
- You could have worked for a manufacturer or distributor or electrical wholesaler
- Graduate calibre branch based sales professionals are welcome to apply
- Strong sales and sales process skills
- Ability to manage short and long sales cycles
- Ability to prospect, manage accounts and develop a pipeline
- Full training and support provided

The Package on offer for the Specification Sales Manager
- Up to £50,000 basic dependent on experience
- £15,000 - £20,000 OTE
- Hybrid company car
- 6% company pension contribution
- 25 days holiday plus stats
