Specification Manager
📍 London & South East (Field-Based)
I’m currently working with a well-established and growing manufacturer within the façade and building envelope sector, looking to appoint a Specification Manager to take ownership of London and the South East.
This is a specification-led role, focused on early engagement with architects, façade consultants, developers, and main contractors — influencing design decisions and securing a strong project pipeline.
The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and main contractors
- Influence specifications at the early design stage and support through to project completion
- Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to design teams
- Track and manage projects through the full lifecycle, protecting and converting specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support on façade / building envelope solutions
- Build and maintain a strong regional pipeline of projects
- Monitor market activity and identify new opportunities for growth

What They’re Looking For
- Experience within façade, fenestration, or building envelope systems
- Background in specification sales / technical business development
- Strong understanding of the architectural specification process
- Confident presenter with experience delivering CPDs
- Commercially driven with a proactive, relationship-led approach
Package
- Basic Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
- Personal Bonus: Paid monthly
- Annual Company Bonus
- Hybrid Company Car or Allowance
