London & South East | Architectural Aluminium & Building Envelope

Circa £65,000 basic + performance bonus + company bonus
Potential annual earnings in the region of £80,000, plus company car or car allowance and a generous holiday and benefits package.

Do you know how to turn an early conversation with an architect into a specification—and stay involved until that project becomes an order?

Tristram Parker Recruitment is recruiting a specification sales professional for an established architectural building-products manufacturer, developing relationships and securing projects across London and the South East.

Working with aluminium window, door and curtain walling systems, you’ll engage with architects, façade consultants, developers and contractors on prestigious construction projects. You’ll help project teams select appropriate solutions, supported by technical colleagues, and take ownership of opportunities from initial design through to delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
