Salary: Up to £67,000 + Generous Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Location: UK - National / Regional depending on location
Several exciting opportunities have arisen with a leading fire and safety business for experienced sales professionals to develop strategic customer relationships and drive growth across the UK. These roles combine account management, business development and specification sales, working with a broad range of public-sector, commercial and industrial customers.
The Role
The successful candidates will develop existing accounts while identifying and winning new business opportunities. A key element of these roles will be engaging with customers and projects at an early stage, helping to influence product selection and specifications. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, technical contacts and other decision-makers, while working closely with internal sales teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic new and key customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide commercial and technical support where required.
- Support tenders, frameworks and procurement processes.
- Deliver agreed sales, margin and growth objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or specification sales.
- Experience selling into fire, safety, public-sector, regulated or complex commercial markets.
- Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and procurement teams.
- A good understanding of customer requirements and solution-led selling.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Experience within fire safety, Blue Light, housing, utilities, construction or related sectors would be advantageous.
