Specification Sales Manager – Northern Territories
£70,000 basic + 25% bonus | Company car or allowance | Pension + generous holiday

This is a home-based role with genuine autonomy, giving you the opportunity to build your territory, grow existing relationships and win new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with contractors across Northern England and Scotland.
- Secure product specifications across a range of construction projects.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Grow and develop existing accounts.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline and territory.
- Influence key decision-makers and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver against sales targets and contribute to continued business growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in specification sales within construction.
- Commercially driven and motivated by winning new business.
- Confident building relationships with contractors and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
- Ambitious and looking for genuine career progression.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing a large territory.
