About Postsaver
Postsaver is a leading name in timber protection technology, helping extend the life of in-ground timber products through innovative solutions designed for durability, sustainability and performance. Our products have been in the market since 1994 and are industry accredited, independently tested, and are widely used across landscaping, fencing, agriculture, infrastructure and construction sectors.

As we continue to develop our specification presence, we are looking for someone who can help ensure Postsaver products are recognised, understood and specified at the earliest stages of projects.

The Opportunity
Postsaver is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Specification Sales Manager to help grow our presence within the architectural, landscape and infrastructure specification markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the power of specification and enjoys building long-term relationships with industry influencers and specifiers within local government, large landowning organisations and housing associations.

As our Specification Sales Manager, you will take ownership of developing relationships across the specification chain, ensuring Postsaver becomes the recognised solution for protecting in-ground timber in major projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
