Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales paid monthly) + discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £12,000

Role Overview
The role of the Specification Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems purely for the new build market
- Working on new build projects such as: apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels, care homes & new building housing
- All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to M&E consultants, specifiers, housebuilders and M&E contractors
- Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships
- Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project

Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:
- Must have specification sales experience with a similar technical product such as; ventilation, plumbing & heating, boilers, electrical systems, air conditioning, building services, mechanical engineering, piping systems, heat pumps etc
- Must have contacts or specification sales experience with M&E consultants
- A team player who is highly organised
