Main Purpose of Role
Point of contact for customer sales enquiries requiring assistance with product information and selection; capturing these enquiries as leads and co-ordinating effectively within the business to generate and support sales opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and process all incoming sales leads, providing effective handling to maximise sales opportunities across all Dimplex brands.
- Register all new projects and maintain any necessary updates onto CRM (Dynamics 365) to support the sales teams with the management of their projects, quotations and sales pipelines.
- Support all incoming customer sales enquiries requiring product selection for Dimplex heating and Xpelair ventilation systems, optimising sales opportunities when presented.
- Carry out CRM database maintenance and cleansing tasks to ensure records are accurate.
- Follow up responses to Marketing campaigns and events to develop leads and qualify into project opportunities.
- Carry out product sizing processes to ensure suitable product types are proposed.
- Understand the basic requirements of building regulations to support the promotion of product related features and benefits (full training provided).
- Assist external sales teams to maintain customer relationships, updating information where necessary.
- Provide customer support via all media routes to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, protect and consider the environment whilst adhering to our ISO9001 and ISO14001 processes and procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable function necessary as requested by the line manager or their superiors and provide reasonable cover for others within the team.

Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills to support customers and colleagues clearly and effectively
- Strong written and verbal skills

- Flexible approach
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of using CRM System ideally Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of HVAC products, industry & building regulations
- Experience of using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience of operating within an ISO accredited structure
- Full UK Driving Licence
