Archlum is expanding its specification and project-sales presence across the UK and Europe.
Archlum is a UK architectural lighting brand and R&D-focused manufacturer, developing high-performance solutions for high-end hospitality, residential, cultural and commercial projects.
Our development philosophy focuses on optical performance, visual comfort, engineering and quality of light, including product solutions incorporating optical technology from Bartenbach, internationally recognised for lighting research and optical engineering.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Specification & Technical Sales Manager – Middle East to develop relationships with lighting designers, architects, consultants and developers, build specifications from early design stages, and follow opportunities through to tender, project award and sales conversion.
Key Requirements
- Strong architectural lighting experience
- Established specification network in the region
- Good technical knowledge of lighting applications, optics, photometry, and controls

Role Nature
This is not a conventional sales role. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, specifications and a long-term project pipeline as Archlum continues to scale internationally.
