Salary: £37,821.60
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours)

We're looking for a Specification Technologist to join our Technical team. If you have experience with food specifications, labelling legislation and compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing safe, high-quality products to market.

What you'll do
- Create and maintain customer product specifications.
- Ensure artwork and packaging comply with legal and customer requirements.
- Review supplier documentation and support supplier approval processes.
- Manage customer specification portals and meet key project deadlines.
- Support product launches, HACCP activities and internal audits.
- Keep technical information and nutritional data accurate and up to date.
What we're looking for
- Experience using customer specification systems and portals.
- Knowledge of food labelling legislation, allergens and packaging compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
