About Us
Backed by leading investors including HL Partnership, Better Group, Experian, the CEO of OakNorth, and the former Chairman of Salesforce, we’re building the technology platform powering the future of UK home-buying.
We started by solving a major gap in the mortgage market, helping customers traditional brokers often couldn’t serve. To do that, we built Haya, our proprietary data, automation and decisioning platform. Today, our technology powers eligibility, affordability and end-to-end mortgage journeys at scale through partners including Experian, reaching millions of consumers.
We are growing rapidly across both Haysto and Picnic, spanning specialist and mainstream mortgages, embedded finance partnerships, direct-to-consumer acquisition and platform-led distribution.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Speech Analytics Manager to build and lead our AI-powered conversation intelligence capability across Haysto.
This role will sit at the centre of Sales, Operations and Customer Experience, owning our speech analytics platform, Triple Session, and transforming thousands of customer conversations into actionable business insight.
Working closely with Sales Leadership, QA, Operations, Product, Compliance and the executive team, you will identify what drives customer outcomes, performance, conversion and operational excellence. You will leverage AI to analyse every customer interaction, uncover trends, identify coaching opportunities, monitor compliance, improve customer experience and provide insight that drives commercial performance across the business.
We are looking for someone analytical, commercially minded and naturally curious, who enjoys turning large volumes of conversation data into clear operational recommendations and measurable business improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
