Communication is at the heart of everything we do. Are you passionate about helping children and young people unlock their potential, find their voice, and overcome communication or swallowing challenges? We are looking for dedicated Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) to deliver high-impact, person-centered support.
The Role
In this dynamic role, you will assess and support children and young people facing speech, language, communication, or swallowing (dysphagia) difficulties. Working closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams, you will design and deliver interventions that empower young people to reach their key developmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Practice: Lead end-to-end support from initial diagnostic assessments to writing and implementing personalised treatment programs.
- Direct Therapy and Reviews: Conduct hands-on therapy sessions and ongoing reviews to track progress and refine support plans.
- Capacity Building: Provide expert advice and staff training to ensure educational and care settings offer communication-friendly environments.
- Flexible Delivery: Work in a way that fits your lifestyle: deliver sessions through in-person visits, or a flexible hybrid model depending on the child's needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
