🚨 Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist – Paediatrics | Buckinghamshire | £47,976 🚨 Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for a rewarding role within a specialist education setting? Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join PACE School in Buckinghamshire, supporting children aged 5–16 years with a range of communication and developmental needs. 🗣️ The Role You will provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention, helping pupils develop their communication skills, independence, and participation within the school environment.

- Manage a specialist paediatric SLT caseload
- Complete communication, language, speech and swallowing assessments where appropriate
- Develop and deliver personalised therapy programmes
- Support children with complex communication needs, autism, and developmental language difficulties
- Work collaboratively with teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, families, and wider professionals
- Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary planning
- Provide training and advice to school staff and parents/carers
- Support service development and junior colleagues
🔎 What we’re looking for:
- HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience working within paediatrics or specialist education
- Knowledge of autism, complex communication needs, and developmental language disorders
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
