Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist (NQP Welcome)
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive Rates
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing team, supporting children with learning disabilities and/or autism. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified Practitioners (NQPs) to develop their skills under the guidance of an experienced Lead Therapist, with exposure to both traditional and modern therapy approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments of children
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centred interventions
- Lead therapy sessions and monitor outcomes
- Adapt interventions based on progress and feedback
- Support teachers and provide training to education staff
- Maintain accurate clinical records and produce reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinics and schools
- Contribute to service development and growth initiatives

Person Specification
- Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- HCPC registration (or eligibility/willingness to register)
- RCSLT registration (or willingness to register)
- Right to work in the UK
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Willingness to complete a DBS check
- Passion for working with children with communication difficulties, autism, and Down syndrome
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Commitment to continuous professional development
