Team Role
Our small and friendly team works as part of the Local Authority in mainstream and special schools as well as in the Youth Offending Team and Virtual School for Children In Care Service in Merton (South West London). We deliver the statutory support children require and are developing our targeted and universal support to school across the Borough. We have excellent links with the Education and SEN teams and we enjoy multi-disciplinary working with other professionals such as specialist teachers, Educational Psychologists, Occupational Therapists etc.

Team CPD
The service is professionally led by Speech Therapist Team Leaders and we have Clinical Leads in Autism, SEMH, SLD/PMLD/Complex Needs and DLD who will be able to provide relevant clinical support to any successful candidate. We also offer regular individual and peer group supervision to all therapists in order to develop their clinical skills and support their well-being. Membership of a relevant Clinical Excellence Network (CEN) is actively encouraged.
