With demand continuing to grow for our transcription services, we are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-to-Text Editor to join our Speech-to-Text team.

The successful candidate will work on transcripts of court hearings, public inquiries, arbitrations and tribunals, as well as meetings, interviews and telephone calls.

They will have a meticulous eye for detail, be deadline focused and highly organised. A background in editing and/or proofreading would be highly beneficial. A love of language and learning and a willingness to become immersed in different areas of the law and of legal transcription are essential.

The role is fully remote, giving you the opportunity to be involved in some of the highest profile cases globally from the comfort of your own home.

Job Overview

You will receive comprehensive training and support in transcript production, enabling you to become an expert in the field. You will also receive training in editing via the Opus 2 Speech-to-Text Editing Suite and have the opportunity to contribute to its future development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
