Who Are We

Speed NetworkNow is a fast-growing, innovation-driven startup based in London.

We create structured networking experiences for entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers and professionals, while building a wider business ecosystem around content, business growth, education, community and technology.

As we continue to grow, we want to give someone interested in AI, automation, digital tools, workflows and problem-solving the opportunity to gain practical exposure to how a startup can use technology to improve everyday processes.

About the Learning Experience

This is a learning-focused internship designed for someone who wants to understand how AI and automation can be applied in real business situations.

You’ll have opportunities to learn directly from our founders and team while exploring how repetitive tasks, information flows and everyday business processes can be made more efficient.

The learning journey may look like:

  • Spot the problem
  • Understand the process
  • Design the workflow
  • Test it
  • Improve it

You do not need to already be an automation expert.

What matters most is that you are curious, logical, willing to experiment, comfortable learning new tools, and interested in solving real problems.

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Marketing Technology

It may also suit self-taught learners who enjoy experimenting with AI tools, workflows, coding or productivity systems.

  • Identifying repetitive business tasks
  • Mapping simple workflows
  • Using AI to support research and decision-making
  • Building basic automations
  • Connecting different tools and platforms
  • Working with APIs or webhooks where appropriate
  • Using spreadsheets and databases within workflows
  • Creating AI-assisted content or communication processes
  • Supporting lead, marketing or admin workflows
  • Testing automations and identifying where they fail
  • Improving workflows based on feedback
  • Understanding when a process should remain human-led
  • Documenting how a workflow works

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Webhooks
  • Simple scripts
  • Data processing

Learn Through Real Startup Problems

Rather than working only on theoretical exercises, you may gain exposure to real questions such as:

  • Can information move between tools automatically?
  • Could AI help organise or categorise this data?
  • How can we reduce manual steps without reducing quality?
  • Where does human judgement still matter?
  • How should an automation be tested before it is relied upon?

This gives you the opportunity to develop both technical thinking and business judgement.
