Essential experience:
- Horticulture experience, commercial and/or crops growing and rotation including use of horticultural machinery/tractors.
- Experience of grounds maintenance, crop production, market and/or commercial horticulture.
Technical Skills:
- Full UK driving license
- Currently hold or be prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification or equivalent in horticultural
- Currently hold or be prepared to work towards PA1 PA6 spray certification.
- Currently hold or be prepared to work towards a recognised workplace assessor qualification.
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance processes, sowing, growing, cropping and rotating.
