Job Title: Spitalfields Store Manager

Reports to: Marketing & Retail Operations Manager

Hours: Full-time

Contract: Permanent

Location: Never Fully Dressed Store, Spitalfields

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the team in our brand-new London Store. As Store Manager at Never Fully Dressed you will be a core representative of the brand, working closely with the Retail & Marketing Ops Manager to build an inclusive and empowering community.

In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing the brand to life, delivering NFD styling, exceptional customer service, driving sales, training a motivated sales team and managing daily store operations. You’ll create a feel-good, inclusive store experience for all customers whilst driving store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • The Store Manager is positioned as the link between store staff and upper management - communicating company updates, goals and initiatives to keep the team engaged in overall business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the London store to ensure success of hitting sales targets and store goals.
  • Manage store operations, including rotas, payroll, health and safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain store standards in line with Never Fully Dressed expectations, ensuring we create memorable, inclusive store experiences for all customers.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage inventory levels to prevent overstock and ensure the right product mix is available in store to hit targets.
  • Develop the growth of a high-performing retail team, providing ongoing training and reporting on individual development. Managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development.
  • Provide consistent reporting on store performance and highlight opportunities for growth to the Head Office team.
  • Act as a brand representative, driving regional brand awareness through clear and consistent storytelling. Supporting brand events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Retail Experience: an experienced retail manager, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
  • Commercially aware, with experience delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs.
  • Systems: Knowledge of Shopify POS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, inventory management and cash handling.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to adapt and find solutions in response to challenges, align with local activity or seasonal changes to ensure targets can be met.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and relationship building abilities. Confident sales and styling skills.
  • A confident leader who inspires, coaches, and develops others. Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where customers and colleagues feel welcome and valued.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak trading hours.
