Responsibilities

As a Support Coordinator based in Falkirk you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing key customer accounts across multiple sites and branches, acting as the single point of contact for all account-related enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of service and support
  • Placing stock orders on behalf of customers by liaising directly with branch teams and coordinating requirements
  • Monitoring stock availability and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently by checking stock levels and communicating updates

Role Details

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, with one day a week working from home.

Requirements

To be able to demonstrate strong IT literacy, including the ability to use systems and to be able to enter data into spreadsheets accurately

  • Communicate confidently and professionally over the phone, providing excellent customer service
  • Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication and account management
  • Accurately enter, update and manage data within spreadsheets and internal systems
