Fact is a leading news and lifestyle content company best known for its flagship publication, FACT Magazine, a global digital city guide with editions in Dubai (HQ), Doha, Manama, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Singapore, and London. Since 2007, FACT has built a strong presence across owned channels such as its website, social media, email newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts, and supports clients with full-funnel paid media campaigns.
Role Description
This is a full-time Sponsorship and Media Sales role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working model that allows work from home. The role focuses on selling sponsorships, advertising, and branded content solutions across FACT Magazine’s print, digital, social, video, and events portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and developing tailored media proposals that align with client objectives and FACT’s editorial and event calendar. The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closing, and post-campaign follow-up—while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sponsorship and Media Sales professional will also collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and long-term commercial partnerships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Media Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of New Media channels, including digital, social, and video platforms, and how they support integrated campaigns.
- Experience selling sponsorships, advertising inventory, branded content, or event partnerships within media, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
- Ability to create compelling sales proposals, interpret campaign performance data, and provide clear reporting to clients.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
