Job Description

As part of the Europe Sponsorship team, this role will own the European strategy, performance and governance of Visa’s relationship with Disney primarily across Europe with activation in other regions, including Disneyland Paris, Disney Theatrical Group, and The Disney Store.

This partnership is leveraged across the Visa business in Europe and requires day to day interaction with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, including clients. The role will operate as the senior partnership owner, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role will serve as Visa Europe’s senior partnership authority for Disney, representing Visa with senior partner stakeholders and executive internal stakeholders. The scope of work includes leading a broad team of Visa stakeholders, agency partners, and clients in the management and implementation of Visa’s rights annually, including at the Disney properties, and serving as a champion of these assets for how to best leverage and activate the partnership. This includes annual planning and prioritisation, rights governance, and optimisation of performance against agreed objectives.

A priority for this role is driving tangible and quantifiable outcomes in support of the overall business. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary senior owner of the relationship with Disney and be accountable for partnership governance, performance outcomes, escalation and risk management where needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
