Sponsorship Producer | Live Events & Brand Activations

London | Hybrid | Permanent - South London

We’re working with an established and growing creative events and experiential agency to find an organised, commercially minded Sponsorship Producer to join its live events team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Producer, Event Producer, Sponsorship Producer or Project Manager who enjoys the detail, pace and variety of delivering high-profile brand partnerships and live experiences.

You’ll sit at the heart of sponsorship delivery — turning commercial agreements and client objectives into well-managed, brilliantly executed activations.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of sponsorship programmes and activations from initial brief through to live delivery and post-event reporting.

Working closely with clients, sponsors, creative teams, producers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you’ll make sure every deliverable is understood, tracked and delivered on time, on budget and to the right standard.

You’ll be the person who knows what needs to happen, who needs to do it and when it needs to be done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project manage sponsorship programmes, partnerships and brand activations from brief to delivery
  • Own detailed project plans, production schedules, critical paths and action trackers
  • Manage multiple sponsorship deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and contractual commitments are met
  • Coordinate branding, content, speakers, hospitality, guest programmes, digital assets and onsite activations
  • Work closely with creative, production, account management, suppliers and external partners
  • Keep stakeholders informed, chase actions and proactively manage dependencies
  • Identify risks and potential delays early and find practical solutions
  • Support onsite delivery of sponsorship activations and live experiences
  • Manage supplier relationships and support procurement and contracting processes
  • Track budgets, quotes, purchase orders, invoices and expenditure
  • Support sponsor reporting, evaluation and ROI measurement
  • Lead post-event reviews and capture learnings for future programmes
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency and delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
