Sponsorship Operations + Delivery Manager
Full-time · London or US East Coast · $100,000 · Reports to the Senior Producer
Our client runs some of the biggest events in AI, and sponsors are a huge part of what makes them work. They're looking for one person to own sponsor delivery end to end - the link between the team that sells the sponsorship and the team that builds the event.
This is a hands-on delivery role. You'd be the person a sponsor emails when they need something, and the person the production team trusts to have already handled it.
What you'd do
- Own every sponsor's deliverables from the moment they sign to show day: booths, branding, speaking slots, add-ons, all of it
- Run the menu of optional sponsor extras, from pricing them to delivering them
- Be the on-site point of contact for sponsors at each event
- Build a repeatable playbook out of what's currently spread across docs and messages
- Sit between sales and production so nothing slips through the gap

What they're looking for
- Around 6-8 years in events, with real sponsor or exhibitor delivery experience
- You've done this at either an agency or a company that runs its own events - a conference or exhibition organiser, or an in-house team behind its own flagship events
- Calm when a sponsor is stressed the day before doors open
- Genuinely organised, the kind of person who catches the detail everyone else misses
- Happy to travel to events (roughly four times a year) and to work hands-on
- Comfortable with tools and open to using AI to work faster. They'll teach you their stack.

A few honest things
- The salary is $100,000 and it's fixed. We'd rather be upfront than waste your time.
- You'd report to our Senior Producer. It's a role to grow in quickly, not a title to sit on.
- It's hands-on and fast-moving, and a lot isn't documented yet. That's the part they're hiring you to fix.
