Picturehouse is known for bringing audiences closer to great films, events, and cultural experiences. Alongside our cinemas, we work with a range of leading brands and partners to create meaningful sponsorship opportunities that enhance the customer experience while generating valuable commercial revenue.
We're looking for a Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator to help deliver sponsorship campaigns and partner activations across the Picturehouse estate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's organised, commercially minded, and enjoys bringing multiple stakeholders together to deliver successful projects.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Programming, Operations, and Digital, as well as external agencies and sponsors. You'll play a key role in coordinating campaigns from brief through to delivery, helping to ensure partners receive an excellent experience while keeping projects on track and delivered to a high standard.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting the delivery of sponsorship campaigns from initial briefing through to completion, ensuring all activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for agencies and sponsorship partners, helping coordinate campaigns, respond to requests, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Programming, Digital, Design, and Cinema Operations to coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and activity.
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and project plans, proactively keeping stakeholders updated and helping resolve any issues that could impact delivery.
- Supporting the creation of sponsorship proposals, presentations, campaign materials, and post-campaign reports.
- Helping identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships and contribute ideas for new sponsorship, activation, and commercial opportunities.

About you
- You are highly organised and confident managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders, keeping activity on track while adapting to changing priorities.
- You'll be a strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and working with clients, agencies, and internal teams at all levels.
- You are proactive and confident speaking up, coordinating activity across different teams, solving problems, and helping drive projects forward.
- You'll have a genuine interest in brands, partnerships, marketing, media, or commercial activity, with an understanding of how successful partnerships create value for everyone involved.
- Experience within sponsorship, partnerships, or agency environments would be desirable.
