As our event portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to help us build new commercial partnerships, grow existing accounts and deliver outstanding value for our sponsors. Your profile

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for generating sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of SAP-centric events. You will:

  • Identify and engage prospective sponsors
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting, networking and industry engagement
  • Build, manage and accurately forecast a pipeline of sponsorship opportunities through CRM
  • Sell sponsorship and exhibition packages
  • Create tailored partnership proposals
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements
  • Develop strong relationships with existing sponsors
  • Contribute to sponsorship growth and retention through renewals, upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with Product, Client Success and Event Delivery teams

What we're looking for

You'll have proven experience in:

  • B2B sponsorship, media, exhibition or event sales
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships
  • Growing existing accounts through renewals, upselling and cross-selling
  • Managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Building commercial partnerships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

You'll also bring:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive and commercially driven mindset
  • Excellent organisation and pipeline management skills
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Fluency in AI and embedding AI into your daily work
