Sponsorship Sales Manager – 1-2-1bEvents

£45k–£55k base, £90k–£100k year one/£140k+ once the clients you win start coming back

This is proper new business. You’ll find, pitch and close your own sponsors, earning commission on the first deal.

The difference is that you keep the client, earn again when they rebook and can cross-sell them into other events.

You’ll be selling sponsorship into invite-only Customer Experience events built around pre-arranged one-to-one meetings with senior, pre-qualified buyers.

These are not large exhibitions selling space and footfall. Each event brings together around 60 to 80 senior decision-makers and a carefully selected group of sponsors.

Packages range from £30k to £90k, averaging around £40k, with a typical sales cycle of six to eight weeks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
