The Role
You'll build bespoke, high-value, multi-channel commercial partnerships with some of the biggest names in global real estate, investment, and technology.
This isn't about selling standard sponsorship packages.
You'll understand each client's commercial objectives and create tailored solutions across events, digital, content, thought leadership, brand awareness, and lead generation.
You'll be selling globally across industry-leading events in Europe and Dubai, with the opportunity to sell across the company's soon-to-launch US portfolio.
You'll have the freedom to hunt and create revenue from scratch, while also receiving a consistent flow of high-quality inbound opportunities.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a proven top performer who can come in and make an immediate impact.
You will need:
- 3+ years sponsorship / partnerships sales experience within events, conferences, or exhibitions
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong new business skills — you can hunt and create revenue from scratch
- Experience building and closing high-value bespoke partnerships
- The ability to retain, develop, and maximise revenue from key accounts
- Confidence selling to senior decision-makers and major global brands
- A genuine high-performance mentality
The role is office-based at "Liverpool St, London" with also the chance to travel to Dubai and the US.
