Sponsorship Sales Manager
Central London – Hybrid
c.£50k + Uncapped Commission

We’re working with a global leader in B2B conferences and networking events, renowned for delivering high quality, content driven experiences for senior executives across a range of industries. With over 50 years of success and a reputation for innovation, this business continues to shape professional communities through market leading events held across the world.

They are now seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their London team. A great opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of international events and drive sponsorship revenue through strategic, consultative selling.

The Role

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing and growing commercial partnerships across high profile international conferences. You’ll work with senior decision makers from global solution providers, understanding their objectives and developing bespoke sponsorship and lead generation opportunities that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell high value sponsorship and partnership packages across global conferences and exclusive events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sponsorship propositions with event strategy and audience goals.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through a consultative, value led sales approach.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, results driven sales professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage senior executives. You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, within events, media, or sponsorship sales.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development and account management capabilities.
  • A consultative approach to selling with a focus on long term partnerships.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • Energy, ambition, and a drive to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
