Sponsorship Manager

We are looking for 2 Sponsorship Managers to help us secure funding for events so that we can inspire, empower and tackle bullying at its roots.

You’ll play a key role in bringing in sponsors to fund inclusive, engaging events that support our mission. From wellness workshops to awareness campaigns, your work will help us grow our reach and positively impact those in need.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident in securing new donors or sponsors while managing existing relationships.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • (Desirable) Background in Business Development roles or similar.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and approach organisations that align with our mission and audience, from corporates to trusts and foundations.
  • Build genuine relationships with partners to secure sponsorships and donations.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship proposals.
  • Track outreach, manage sponsor pipelines, and report on funding outcomes.

Commitment

We know your time is valuable, and volunteering needs to work alongside your other commitments - here’s what the role looks like in practice:

  • Time Around 3 hours a week on average; more during event periods.
  • Location Remote (UK-based), with occasional in-person events in London.
  • Support Full onboarding, regular check-ins, and a supportive, well-established team.
