Job Description
The opportunity.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and high-potential colleague to accelerate their career within one of the most strategically important areas of Frasers Group.
Working directly with the Chief Brand Partnership Officer, the successful candidate will gain unrivalled exposure to executive decision-making, strategic brand partnerships and the commercial drivers that shape our Sports business.
You will develop relationships with some of the world's leading sports brands, influence key commercial initiatives and gain insight into how Frasers Group creates long-term value through strategic brand partnerships.
With the opportunity for extensive career development, this role offers broad exposure across commercial strategy, stakeholder management, performance analysis and partnership development, providing experiences that would typically take years to access through a traditional career path.

The responsibility.
The strength of our sports brand partnerships is fundamental to the continued growth and elevation of Frasers Group. This role will help ensure we remain a partner of choice for the world's leading brands, supporting strategic collaboration, commercial performance and long-term business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping these relationships while developing the skills and experiences needed to become a future leader within the organisation.
Brand Partnership Management
- Build and develop relationships across an assigned portfolio of strategic sports brands.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, fostering collaboration and supporting mutual commercial success.
- Support the Chief Brand Partnership Officer in managing and strengthening key strategic brand relationships.
Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and delivery of long-term strategic plans for assigned brands and categories.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand performance and enhance strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to brand and category reviews through insight-led recommendations.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly brand performance.
- Develop and maintain scorecards and KPI reporting.
- Conduct detailed commercial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer on strategic projects and priorities.
- Collaborate across Commercial, Buying, Retail, Marketing and Planning teams to drive execution.
- Prepare presentations, insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The person.
- Experienced in retail brand partnerships, ideally sports
- Demonstrates exceptional learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with an ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Able to travel extensively on a regular basis.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability and resilience.
- Passionate about sport, retail and brand development.
- Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career within Frasers Group.
