What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates within specialist markets.
- Building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
- Writing and advertising job opportunities across multiple platforms.
- Developing your own specialist market and client base.
- Working towards individual and team targets within a collaborative environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £26,000 plus uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £35,000–45,000).

About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Motivated to build a successful career in recruitment.
- Graduates from any degree discipline, or individuals with experience in sales, hospitality, retail or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships.
- Competitive, resilient and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working towards goals and targets.
