Self-employed associate opportunity
360 Healthcare Hub is a growing, exciting business based within Inspired Gym in Standish, Wigan. We’re looking for a passionate BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitator to join our team and help people move better, rebuild confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.

The role
You’ll work with a varied musculoskeletal caseload, supporting patients from initial assessment through treatment and progressive rehabilitation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing musculoskeletal injuries and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing hands-on treatment and sports massage.
- Delivering exercise rehabilitation and gym-based strength and conditioning.
- Explaining treatment plans clearly and supporting patients with home exercises.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and referring onwards when appropriate.
- Building strong patient relationships and contributing to a positive clinic experience.

About you
You’ll need:
- A degree in Sport Rehabilitation and current BASRaT registration.
- More than 12 months’ clinical experience.
- Confidence in assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Enthusiasm for helping people achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Availability
We’re looking for cover on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday mornings and Saturdays. Applications are welcome from clinicians available for one or more of these sessions.
Remuneration
This is a self-employed, commission-based role, with earnings calculated as an agreed percentage of treatment fees for appointments delivered. Full terms will be discussed and agreed before starting. There is no guaranteed salary or minimum income.
Start date
An immediate start is available, with flexibility around your notice period and existing commitments.
