📊 WE’RE RECRUITING: FULL-TIME FOOTBALL ANALYST ⚽
InMotion is looking for an ambitious and detail-driven Football Analyst to join our fast-moving team in Glasgow.
This is a full-time, office-based position supporting our players, recruitment team and wider InMotion operation.
The successful candidate will turn match footage, data and observation into clear insight that supports player development, recruitment and career planning.
Key responsibilities
- Produce professional player highlight reels
- Build video clips, reports and player presentations
- Work alongside our recruitment team on scouting and talent identification
- Track player progress and turn data into clear, practical insights
- Maintain organized player footage, records and performance information
- Deliver consistently high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Work confidently as part of the fast-moving InMotion team

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience or qualifications in football analysis, sports science, coaching or a related discipline
- Understands professional and academy football
- Has experience using video-editing and football-analysis software
- Possesses strong football knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Can present information clearly and professionally
- Is organized, reliable and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously
- Can work independently while contributing to the wider team
- Is ambitious and wants to build a career within professional football
