Sales Executive – Experienced
Telesales
Headline Events Ltd – Glasgow
Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE £50,000–£70,000+
Headline Events is continuing to grow our Glasgow sales operation and we’re looking for experienced, proven telesales professionals to join the team.
This is not an entry-level sales position
We’re specifically looking for people with experience in a high-volume outbound telesales environment who are comfortable speaking to business owners and senior decision-makers and already understand how to prospect, pitch, handle objections, follow up and close business over the phone.
What you'll be selling
This isn't a generic telesales product.
You'll be selling VIP corporate hospitality experiences across some of the biggest sporting, music and entertainment events in the UK and internationally.
Our product portfolio includes:
- Premier League & European football
- Cheltenham Festival & the Grand National
- Formula 1
- Six Nations & international rugby
- International cricket
- Major golf tournaments
- Concerts and live music
- Darts and other major sporting events
- Headline Events' own exclusive hospitality products
We work with some of the UK's leading venues and rights holders and continue to expand our portfolio of official hospitality products and partnerships.
The role
This is a full 360-degree telephone sales role.
You'll be responsible for developing your own portfolio of corporate clients, from the initial outbound call through to closing the sale and developing long-term repeat business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
