Sports Apparel Production Administrator
Location: Office-based (with hands-on production floor presence)
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
Are you highly organized, obsessed with detail, and passionate about the apparel industry? We are looking for a Sports Apparel Production Administrator to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll keep our production engine running smoothly coordinating supplier timelines, managing order workflows, and making sure our sports apparel lands in customers' hands on schedule. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing a product move from initial order to finished garment, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do
- Keep Production Moving: Plan, schedule, and track supplier timelines and internal workflows to hit target delivery dates consistently.
- Master the Details: Process customer orders with 100% accuracy and collaborate closely with Account Managers to verify technical details.
- Get Hands-On: Spend time on the production floor overseeing active projects, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and ensuring quality standards.
- Support Growth: Adapt flexibly to dynamic operational projects as our team and production volumes expand.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced office or administrative environment.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (manufacturing focus is a big plus!).
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional organization and the ability to prioritize multiple moving parts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
- Textile Interest: Previous fabric or textile knowledge is a bonus, but not required—we will provide full training for the right candidate!
