Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a safe, welcoming environment for sports and community activities?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sports Centre Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our sports facilities, pitches, and activity spaces. Working as part of a friendly team, you will supervise facilities, assist with bookings and reception duties, set up equipment for events and activities, maintain high health and safety standards, and provide excellent support to all visitors.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, who is flexible to work evenings and weekends, and thrives in a busy sporting environment. Experience in a customer-facing role is essential, and a passion for sport, fitness, or community engagement would be an advantage.

Vacancy: Sports Centre Coordinator
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £24,932 per annum, Pro Rata
Hours: 18 hours per week
(Hours will be scheduled on a rota basis, including regular evening and weekend shifts. Shift patterns will vary according to business requirements)
