Role overview
We are seeking coaches to deliver across our weekend provision.
Job Title: Community Coach
Salary: Session and experience dependant
Contract Type: Casual
Line Manager: Operations Manager
Role Summary
To plan and deliver outstanding experiences to participants in the Foundation’s various weekend programmes and initiatives, in line with our DNA, values, and behaviours.
Objectives:
- To deliver a range of sessions to various participants and groups across our weekend delivery portfolio including; Football Skill Centres, Mini Kickers, Football Birthday Parties, Challenge Woods Parties, and Match Day Clubs.
- To plan appropriate activities based on the needs of the specific programme and participants' individual needs.
- To adhere to the Foundations safeguarding, EDI, and health and safety requirements.

Knowledge, skills, and experience - essential
- Experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions and programmes.
- Experience of coaching in different environments including community-based programme.
- NGB level one award in coaching or similar.
- Experience of working with young people in a sports environment.
- Ability to manage different groups effectively and safely.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Knowledge, skills, and experience - desirable
- Knowledge of how young people learn and develop.
- NGB level two certificate in coaching or similar.
- Ability to differentiate to meet individual participant needs.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
