This role is running 16th October - 29th October, 16 Hours.

Previous experience in sports coaching or activity delivery is a bonus, but it’s not essential. What really matters is your can-do attitude, positive energy, and passion for creating memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new things, working with different teams, and making every guest feel special. You’ll need to be confident leading activities, chatting with guests, and jumping into new tasks with enthusiasm.
Whether you’re looking for a short-term opportunity or a long-term career path with Butlin’s, this role offers fantastic hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.
Our resort operates seven days a week, so you’ll need to be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
