Description
About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for Team Members who genuinely enjoy doing just that!
This is a varied role where you’ll work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, helping to deliver a fantastic guest experience throughout their stay at Butlin’s.
To begin with, you’ll be involved in our core leisure activities such as archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you develop in the role, you’ll progress into larger-scale activities and sports-based areas, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and more.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Alongside this, you’ll support our accommodation team, helping to prepare and clean rooms ready for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be spent delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.
No two days are the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience across some of our most guest-facing areas, working with different teams and meeting a wide range of guests.
Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends.
About You
We’re looking for energetic, positive individuals who are ready to interact with guests and bring activities to life. You’ll enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences.
