Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities

Help us to create an unforgettable student experience. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for student engagement and sport to join our team.
You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering campus league activities, introductory pop-up sessions, and social tournaments. Your responsibilities will include leading the operational execution of sports programmes, building strong relationships across the University. You will manage resources and collate participation data to continuously improve our offers.

Ideal Candidate
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering sport, physical activity, or recreational programmes.
- Background working in a team-based, and customer-focused environment.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work flexibly.
Desired skills and experience:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working within Higher Education or directly with university students.
- Experience supervising staff, student workers, or volunteers.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and use participation data to inform programme development.
