POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sports Event Planner will be responsible for organizing, managing, and executing academy tournaments, camps, and promotional events. This role requires an individual with excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local, national, and international cricket tournaments.
- Coordinate logistics for coaching camps, guest lectures, and clinics.
- Develop partnerships with sponsors, vendors, and media for event coverage.
- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and on-ground event execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote academy events.
- Ensure seamless event operations and player experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Planning, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sports event planning and management.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling multi-day sporting events and high-profile tournaments.
- Proficiency in event planning software and budgeting tools.
