Sports Manager – Relocation to Jeddah, Saudi

Must have experience managing multi-sport or large recreational facilities

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 27,000 per month, tax free (approx. £5,300)

Please note – you must have experience managing multi-sport facilities, junior academies, or holiday camps at scale.

Are you an experienced, commercially minded sports operations leader looking for your next international move? This is a rare opportunity to lead the Sports Academies division at a premium indoor multi-sport family destination, with full P&L ownership and real scope to build something at scale.

The Role

As Sports Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of daily operations and the strategic direction of all sports activities, junior academy programmes, and holiday camps.

  • Owning the end-to-end management of the Sports Academies division and P&L
  • Leading and managing third-party sports operator partnerships and SLAs
  • Standardising coaching curriculum, programming quality, and safety protocols across all sports
  • Designing and overseeing the annual programming calendar, including junior academies and holiday camps
  • Embedding child safeguarding compliance and age-appropriate training models across junior programmes
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and leading a multi-sport academy operations team

About You

You will ideally have:

  • 8 to 10 years' experience managing multi-sport or large recreational facilities
  • Proven experience running children's programmes, holiday camps, or junior academies at scale
  • Strong commercial acumen with genuine P&L ownership experience
  • Working knowledge of child safeguarding practice and safer recruitment standards
  • Confidence leading, mentoring, and performance-managing a diverse team
  • Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage
